Deposits will be returned in accordance with Georgia state law after the move-out inspection and final accounting. Deductions may be made for unpaid rent, damages, or failure to comply with cleaning or move-out requirements.

Maintenance Responsibilities

1822 Properties is committed to maintaining safe and functional residences. We handle structural, mechanical, and major system repairs. Residents are responsible for:

  • Reporting maintenance issues promptly

  • Keeping the property clean and sanitary

  • Replacing consumables (light bulbs, air filters, batteries, etc.)

  • Avoiding misuse or negligence that leads to damage

Emergency repairs should be reported immediately through the designated contact method provided in your lease.

Pet Policy

Pet policies vary by property. Where pets are permitted, additional deposits, fees, or monthly pet rent may apply. Restricted breeds or weight limitations may also be in effect. All pets must be disclosed on the application, and written approval is required before any animal is brought onto the property.
